EARS plc have been designing and commissioning radio communications and vehicle tracking systems throughout the UK and Europe since 1999.
After the Ears website was redesigned, I was approached by the company to develop a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy to help raise it's search engine ranking, and minimise the detrimental effects of a domain name change.
Ears wanted to rank highly in the search engines when people searched for popular industry keywords and products. They also wanted its’ pages to show up when prospective customers searched for phrases related to those products.

Unique, relevant, visitors to the site quadrupled within the first 3 months after SEO was completed and sales leads have increased.

Challenge
The Official Joe Swail website was launched in 2008 to promote himself, his UK based snooker coaching, and to quickly compete against established professionals such as Jimmy White and Dennis Taylor.
Joe wanted to use SEO to rank highly in the search engines when people searched for relevant snooker related keywords.

Challenge
RMS based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, provides secure Cash in Transit services to a range of clients in the retail, banking, wholesale and leisure sectors across the UK & Ireland.
The aim of the project was to carry out competitor analysis in the UK and research the ‘secure transport industry to create a list of keywords that could be used with SEO to increase targeted, relevant traffic to the website.
The implementation of these with Search Engine Optimisation over a 6 month period should provide RMS with a competitive advantage, and raise itÂ’s rankings in search engines.
Goals also needed to be set up to track how visitors used the site which would help improve the quality of the site.
